All textures:
Shampoo at least once a week. 
Use a shampoo no higher then PH7. 
Do NOT massage. 
Rinse thoroughly with warm water. 
Apply conditioner and comb thoroughly with a wide tooth comb or wig brush, starting with the ends and work your way up. 
Rinse thoroughly. 
Let air dry. 

How much hair do I need? 
A full natural install will require about 10-12 ounces. We strongly recommend buying 3 bundles of hair. Longer lengths may require up to 4 bundles. "The longer the hair, the shorter the weft"

Can this hair be colored?

Yes, we retail virgin hair. The hair can be treated as your own. Please consult a professional before the use of any chemicals. Keep hair conditioned and moisturized once color treated. 

How long should my hair last? 
With proper care, our hair should last for 6 - 12 months.

  • DAILY MAINTENANCE 
    Use styling products minimally to avoid build up. 
    For wavy or curly hair, use a spray bottle with water for a natural look. 
    For a "WET" look, we suggest a leave-in conditioner or frizz ease. 
    AVOID ANY ALCOHOL BASED PRODUCTS!!
    Dampen hair with water bottle 
    Comb through (wide tooth comb or wig brush) starting with the ends and work your way up. 
    Apply generous amount of leave-in or frizz ease. 
    Scrunch up hair gently to reform curls. 
    Let hair air-dry. 
    Style as desired. 
  • If I'm not satisfied, is an exchange or refund possible? 
    WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS!! If hair has not been used and is in same condition with all packaging and tags still intact, we will exchange or offer store credit.
